Today we head into Halifax for the day. The weather today is great, not a cloud in the sky. It's down to the docks for a walk along the water to watch some street performers and to take in the sights. We stop at Pier 21 where a lot of the people coming from over sea's would of landed when coming to Canada to live. This is where my mom and grand parents landed when coming to Canada.
It's the annual ducky race today, with 10,000 ducks in the water and everyone yelling for their duck to win. Even Theodore the tugboat was out today getting all the little kids excited.
We have a little lunch and then I'm off to Alexander Keith's Brewery for a tour. A couple of free beers and some history about Keith's and we are on the road again heading back to Mahone Bay.
I catch a little tv tonight before calling it a night.
