Today is a crappy day it's cold and raining out, but we still make our way to Summerside and check out Spinnakers Landing. Spinnakers Landing was recreated as a fishing village with shops and antiques. A stop at the College of Piping and Celtic performing arts, unfortunately all the shows were done for the season. Now to the "Cheeselady's Gouda" to see how she makes her Gouda cheese and of course pick some up for us. What better to have after some cheese, ice cream. COWS ice cream rated number 1 out of 10 other ice cream producers, and with a scoop of Wowie Cowie in my belly I have to say it was pretty good. Time to pack it in for the day.
