Sept. 6th

Today is Indira's 6 month birthday, so a little cake for our baby girl. Another windy day out here as we head down the west side of the island to West Point. We stop at the tallest light house on the island built in 1875, which states that it is the only light house and inn, in Canada. The inn keeper informs us that the coast guard is selling off the light houses, so the town bought the one in West Point added a section and have about 11 rooms for guests and turned the light house part into a museum.

Next stop is in O'Leary, to get a picture next to one of the largest spuds in the world. Our last stop today was in Cap-Egmont at the bottle houses, that's right houses made with 25,000 recycled glass bottles.

We call it a day and stop in Summerside for the night.
